Reiki massage

Specialist - Reiki Level 3 Specialist Ilona Sproģe has over 10 years of experience. Reiki massage is a relaxing, healing, and soothing therapy. Relaxing wave therapy is applied during the session, it is a method of working with body tension. Reiki massage helps with overexertion, promotes the relaxation of nerve tension, and relieves headaches. It harmonizes the body and energy. Effective in healing psychosomatic illnesses. During the session, the client remains clothed. The session includes 60 minutes of Reiki massage and a 30-minute consultation with the specialist. After the procedure, we will offer health tea made from locally grown herbs and berries in Latvia.
